DJM Construction specializes in the use of materials that are renewable and/or reclaimed. From bridge beams to barn wood, rusty steel to left over materials from construction sites.
I build bed frames, kitchen tables, end tables, swings, picnic tables, magazine racks, coat racks, storage chests, etc. Most importantly, I work with customers to create custom furnishings that work with existing homes/furniture.
DJM also does remodel work and new construction.

Renewable, reclaimed custom rustic furniure is my specialty. My favorite part of what I do is working with customers to create artistic and rustic furnishings that are often one of a kind.
By using reclaimed materials there is very little waste. Even my cutoffs are saved until they get too small, then they are heat for my house/shop. I feel I'm about as "green" as a wood shop can be and that makes me happy!
